Our culture often dictates which losses are “worthy” of grief. But what about the heartaches that go unnoticed? The end of a friendship, losing a job you loved, or saying goodbye to a place that felt like home.

♥️ Grief is a deeply personal journey, but we don’t have to walk it alone. This is especially true for those experiencing stigmatized losses, like losing someone to overdose or su***de.

💙 It’s easy to feel isolated or judged, but your pain is valid. Opening up to compassionate, non-judgmental friends and loved ones can provide much-needed support and comfort.

💚 Remember, there’s no shame in expressing our pain or seeking help during difficult times, regardless of how society views our loss.

A mother’s love leaves an indelible mark. ❣️

⏰Though time passes, the void remains. Prince Harry’s journey reminds us that grief has no expiration date, and honoring our lost loved ones is a lifelong act of love.
