In honor of America's 248th birthday, let's take a moment to remember our brave men and women serving this great nation, both at home and abroad. The sacrifices that not only they make, but that their friends and families make so that they may serve. Let's also reflect on where we, as a country have been and where we are going.

As President Franklin D. Roosevelt once said, “The fate of America cannot depend on any one man. The greatness of America is grounded in principles and not on any single personality.”

And of course, President John F. Kennedy said it best, “Ask not what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country.”
