We are currently looking for a dispatcher/receptionist with a great attitude to work for our company. The dispatcher is responsible for answering/making phone calls, sending emails and invoices to schedule repairs for our clients, greeting and assisting customers who come by our office, and helping with other basic office duties.

This employee will need to be customer oriented and able to professionally represent Michael's Certified Air, Inc. Inc with each phone call

Shift: Part-time position Monday-Friday 10:30-4:30 with the possibility of moving up to full time if you are a good fit.

Must be able to answer phones in a polite and timely manner
Good written and verbal communication skills: written, verbal, listening
Completing data input, filing, and projects as needed.
MS Office: Word, Excel, Different software platforms
Organized and multi-task oriented
Positive Attitude, team player
Self motivated
