That’s a wrap for the year! We were able to get 4 new families in their new home before Christmas. One of them was a VA we got the contract for Dec 5. It’s closing tomorrow! (16 Days). Another we got the contract on Dec 8, and we are closing it Friday! (14 days). Blessed to work for a great company with the best processors and underwriters in the industry.
