Rincon VFW Auxiliary
Rincon VFW post 12149 was established to assist Veterans.
Our mission is to foster comaraderie among United States Veterans of Overseas conflicts and to serve our Veterans, the military and our communities and advocate on behalf of all Veterans.

The 4th of July parade was a scorcher to say the least. But we all hung in there and had a great time together.
A special shout out goes to our bugle player Austin Wegmann! He is truly an amazing blessing from God!
Thank you Rincon Chevrolet for always lending us an awesome new truck to pull the VFW float!

Post 12149 Rincon, Ga posted flags on the graves of Veterans for Memorial Day. The Effingham Co Boy Scouts showed up to help and to show their respect to all those who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom ✝️✝️

The Rincon VFW Aux massaged hands and painted nails for the ladies at the Effingham Senior Center.
They all looked so pretty and really enjoyed being pampered.
Their nails even looked beautiful for Mothers Day!
The men even participated…by playing board games.
Everyone had such a great time!

Rincon VFW Auxiliary Post 12149 donated three bicycles to the Tiny House Project in Savannah for Christmas. The winners of the bikes were so excited and appreciative!

A little bit rain didnt stop this Aux from celebrating Christmas by joining in on the Rincon Noon Lions Club Christmas parade. Candy canes and ugly sweaters!!! We had so much fun!

Come visit us at the Effingham Co fair this week. We are raffling off a 55inch TV, a hand made patriotic lap quilt and a seafood dinner for two at Ms Jeans. Tickets only $1.00 each. All proceeds stay in Effingham Co to help our veterans.

We are collecting Socks for our Soldiers. If anyone would like to donate we would appreciate it very much. For 12.95, this includes shipping, you can purchase 10 pairs of socks. All you have to do is order off Amazon and ship them to us. We will make sure they go to the soldiers. We will be collecting these during February and March. We have set a goal of 500 socks and need your help to achieve this goal. Be certain to search the Amazon post below. When ordering choose the one size option , not the shoe size 11-15 or the price jumps up drastically. PM me for the shipping address.
