Are you a student interested in learning about the day-to-day administration functions of an outpatient rehabilitation facility? Do you want to get your foot in the door to work in the field of Physical and Occupational therapy? If so, you may be an ideal candidate for our paid internship program.

Back To Health Physical Therapy is a Physical and Occupational Therapy practice located in River Edge, NJ. We are privately owned and have been providing excellent one-on-one care to our patients for over 15 years.

We are looking for an in-person student who is highly organized, motivated, a clear communicator, and interested in gaining invaluable experience and knowledge in rehab office administration.

The administrative assistant responsibilities will include:

· Assisting with answering phone calls

· Completing patient intake process

· Data entry into our EMR (Electronic Medical Record) system

· Contacting doctor’s offices and home care agencies for prescriptions and other documents

· Liaison with patients, therapists, and internal staff

· Internal filing
