Despite all this crazy weather in Southern California, it is almost always stout season.

This flavorful stout has coconut and maple notes that blend so amazingly well. Coming in at 10.4%, definitely only having one tonight hahaha.

Where did the time go? Summer has come and gone, well sort of, at least here in Southern California where it's still 80+ degrees in November.

We have been busy working behind the scenes perfecting the craft, focusing on our personal lives, saving funds, and networking with brewers/brewery owners to gain knowledge about the craft beer world.

We are confident about our future and have big hopes to have our beer in your glass and in your fridge as well.

Our latest ipa is full of hops , super piney and coming in at 7.5% abv

We added Amarillo, Centennial, CTZ, and Simcoe hops. If you know these hops, you know what we tried to replicate as imitation is the highest form of flattery.
