My love for baking started when I was a child, making boxed cakes and other goodies.
I wanted to make my own recipes with high quality and healthy ingredients. I took a leap of faith and quit my professional career in public service to pursue my passion of baking. I then enrolled in the baking and pastry program at Riverside City College.
Sharing my bread and pastries with others brings me joy, because I craft them with love and quality ingredients.
