Wow now I'm old. Future Chiropractor coming in on Sunday weighting at 8 lbs 12 oz being 20 1/2 inches long. My little girl now has her little girl.

My little girl had her little girl making me a Grandpa. Ouch now I feel old.

5 days over due. She's ready.

Wow for Father's day McKenzie and Raigan took me to dinner along with her husband.

This was our bio energy seminar. Way too much to know. So I might be going to AZ in Nov for another one.

June 15th I will be in Oakland for a Morphogenic Field Technique seminar. So I will be leaving the office around 1 pm on Friday. I would come in on Thursday afternoon if needed for you. Hopefully I can learn something to increase more ways to help with your health.

Wednesday I had time to walk up Mt. Rubidoux. I can still get this body up there. But I rather be treating you. I know I have to work out as You need too also. Now I have to stay around so my future Chiropractic grand daughter can take over for me.

25 years she came out into this world and now she is bringing a new life into this world. What a blessing. This Grandpa thing is new to me. I hope I will be a good one.

At my Daughter's baby shower. And I took off my sunglasses. I was with my good friend of 40+ years.

I got to take a mother to breakfast today. My mother was a great one. I was blessed. Those who knew her would say the same. If your mother is still on this Earth CALL her! I wish I could call mine. HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY to all you mothers.

My mom and I would always go to the flower garden at the fair. She love looking at the orchids. Since her passing I go and look at them for honoring my memories. BUT last year the roof collapsed and this year it still is not open. It took me 2 hours at the fair to see everything. It is about 20% of what it use to be. They are charging 8,000 for outside in between buildings. These poor people that most of their goods are less than $20. They have to sale a lot to even break even.

Oh my! This month is McKenzie's baby shower. I want it now instead of end of month or I need to stay off the internet. I keep seeing things to buy. She's not due till July 26. That's is when I get old because Grandparents are suppose to be. At least mine were. Teresa has grandkids already and Kat will soon.

I have been getting my nutrition checked every 2 weeks at least and checking my Doctor friend too. It has been nice to see what he does and what I do. Getting back to the basics is nice. For one thing can't check over black clothes. In fact I had a patient last week who had a black shirt and they didn't put her in a gown so I started to check her and didn't find anything. Duh I realized black shirt so I had her removed it and found Heart as priority but couldn't find anything to shut off reflex. She said could it be her black undergarment and found the correct nutrition for her heart. So now there will be no exceptions about the black. Plus I found out that black material has lots of formaldehyde in it.

This time of the year lots of allergies will be coming. Allerplex will be the first one to start with. Antronex acts as a antihistamine. You can go to the right side of your body to your ni**le and half way to center of chest and push if it is sore that is a great reason to use Antronex as it is a histamine reflex. Your adrenals most likely will be involved too. That would be Adrenal Desiccated, Drenamin, Drenatrophin, Cat B or B6 Niacinamide. The right one will support the adrenals. And if your having bad allergies you know to get off wheat and dairy.

oh bad news! Congaplex is on back order for a month. I was just taking 21 a day after my tooth was pulled to prevent a infection. BUT wait I being a pain in the !!!! my rep found some from the East and shipping me 20 bottles. Yea the day is saved. I wouldn't know what to do without Congaplex. I love it for immune system.

Their last day here at my house. Teresa is taking them where she is living now.

Hey where have you been? Oh wait maybe it has been me. Lots always going on and it is hard to sit down to write. With my daughter being pregnant it seems my time is consumed. And she's not due until late July. I don't know what will happen then. Maybe she will give me a restraining order to stay away so much or she could go the other way and want me all the time.This month I'm being honored from Standard Process as one of the top doctors in this area.

Electromagnetic current is causing lots of health problems. You can go to app store and download "Gauss Meter" to find out how much your electrical gadgets are producing. I bought some cheap ones for $10 to put on your devices. I don't have that many and they are better than nothing. The one that is on my phone cost $125. At the seminar my phone showed the least current and the I phone showed the most.

I was told by a patient that another patient of mine passed away. When she went to his house she saw around 10 bottles of drugs. His wife said the MD (more drug or death) doctor just gave him 2 more blood pressure drugs. I guess they just give you a whole bunch hoping something works. I blame myself for not doing a better job of educating him more about his health. I believe there are 3 things for your health. #1. Structural #2. Chemical #3. Emotionall. You need to turn the power on then you got to feed it. Unfortunately it is very hard to get the nutrition with food anymore. I wish that I could give you all the nutrition that your body needs for free. It hurts me deeply to see all the drugs everyone is on. My Dad and Mom were never on any drugs neither am I. Let me help you as much as I can.

Another year at a wonderful seminar. Now back to healing. We all made it back safe and full of information. I just wish I could remember at least half of it.

Thursday 22 and Friday 23 we will be gone to our Las Vegas Seminar that I have gone for 45 years now. I'm taking everyone with me to learn new ideas to help you our loving patients.

The holiday's are over and whew! McKenzie had her Gender Reveal party and it looks like I will officially be old now that I will have a grand daughter. Oh, my it's been 25 years since I had a daughter. Now what? I think I might spoil her as she is a future Chiropractor.



The office will be closed February 22 and the 23 as once again we will all be attending the Parker Seminar in Las Vegas. We should come back full of new knowledge, energized and ready to help all of you. I have been losing sleep over the decision that I need to make, after talking to many of my colleagues about how to cut down on our missed appointments. Several charge full price for missed appointments. I had 6 no shows and patients who didn’t call on a Friday. With cell phones, there should have been a call to let us know. It is not fair to the patients who want to come in.



This year could be the most important year for our health. I have been hearing about a new virus X that is 10 times worse than Covid. In 2015 researcher in Australia found that a Chiropractic adjustments send a impulse to the cerebellum and the cerebrum which causes a neuroplasticity response through out the body. Another great thing is Immuplex for increasing the immune system of the body. Of course, it goes without saying, get off or cut down on consumption of white refined sugar.

Got back from Vegas on skis. At least it felt that way going down the pass with all the snow. Vegas was great! Our employees had a educational time. Tim Tebow was very motivational. Ed Mylett spoke on the Power of one more. He had you crying and laughing. You have one more time with your loved ones. One more hitting the golf ball. When you go as far as you can, do it one more time. Looking forward to read his book.

Soon the flowers and trees will be blooming. Some of the you will have your allergies popping up. Get on Allerplex. To dry up mucus use Antronex. There is a few other things you can take to help also but these are the most important. Could be your liver too as it is huge for allergies of all kind. You can take Livaplex, A-F betafood, Betafood, Betacol, Choline, and Cholacol. Don't forget the Adrenals. That is also a big one for allergies. I have information in the office about the shower waterpik. I have using it for at least 5 years. I love it. You don't have to bend over to clean your teeth. I don't get anything for it. They wanted me to set a account with them but I did not because I want to help you with your health. We even have one at the office to see.

Our beautiful Diamond on the left that was born at our house has passed away this evening. She will be missed greatly. She gave us great pleasure.

If I could make a Christmas wish and know it would come true, I guess I'd wish for everyone to have a friend like you. You're there in times of trouble Helping make me strong, you're there to share my joy and celebrate in a song. I gave myself the finest gift When I made fiends with you. For you are one true blessing that shines the whole year through.

Heck I was excited to go to the nutrition seminar Saturday but it got canceled. But I got a chance to go with Dr. Rick to Dr. Shannon's office in New Port Beach. We got to work on each other .and I now have the new post covid vials to check on you.
