So this just happened. What a day...
Half empty, or half full??

Frustrated today by power outages, can't get to some customers because of deep snow, and now this. But as I was asking, "God, what's up with today???" I heard, "aren't you thankful you're guys weren't there just a few minutes prior when the tree fell? Aren't you thankful no one was hurt?"

Feeling thankful for another good day...

Caution: Keep furnace flues clear of snow!

While much worse last year, this can still be an issue when the vents are low to the ground like these. Depending on furnace model, you can have 1 intake pipe and one exhaust, or just one exhaust. Keep both, or the one clear.

I found the gang in the Blue Jay parking lot heading out to meet with appx 14 applicants from Crestline to Running Springs to see how we can help them with work on their homes. I wish I coulda joined them! Also Sunrise Rotary made a lovely donation to the RBT board last night! We arent taking any more applications for this year.. BUT there is the Emergency Repair Program.

New Toy!!!

We’ve had a Combustion Analyzation tool for awhile. But this new one is awesome.

This is making maintenance waaaay faster, safer, and ends with a more efficient furnace. Even better, it helps us explain it to the customer!

5 out of 5, we recommend!

It sure wasn’t worth the money, but it was worth the people.

This was a regular neighborhood street a couple days ago in Lake Arrowhead. We were facing this daily trying to get to people.

Luckily we only got stuck a few times, were able to self recover, and pull people out as well.

It’s weird how disaster and beauty can be so closely intertwined.

Wow, it’s been a heck of a week

Converted an Offroad rig to a service rig to get to those without heat up the mountain this last week.

Now that we’re in the mountains, we are VERY thankful Elsa has been apprehended.
