My career has been focused on education and training in pain management since 2002 and sometimes days come up at the office that I refer to as “theme days”. These are days where all the clients booked come in with goals to work on similar or the same areas. I find it fun!

Last week I had a day where everyone wanted to work on their lower limbs and more specifically on calves and shins. It’s always interesting to me when this happens. Almost like it was planned that way.

How tension was created and how symptoms present is usually different with each client so I get to be a massage detective and follow their pathway. It’s one of the things I enjoy most about the work I do!

Just mixed up a fall aromatherapy cream. It smells so good! Sweet Orange. Cardamom. Cinnamon.
