Minimum Requirements:
Florida Firefighter Certification
Florida Licensed EMT and/or Paramedic
16 Hour Evoc Certification
The Crew today participated in the Annual Palm Beach Shores Easter Egg Hunt! Kids of all ages came out searching for Easter Eggs and got to spend some time with the Fire Dept and Police Dept. Thank you to all those that came out. This is what Community is all about
Our crew had some special visitors at the Station. This group stopped by our station to get a tour, see the truck, and even got to fight some "fire" first hand! They learned about fire safety and had a blast doing it. Future firefighters in the making!

Its been a busy day for our little town! Seen here is today's Crew responding to a Fire Alarm at one of our new Condos. Chief Wheatley and Captain Carrasquilla deemed it to be a False alarm. Firehouse Dog Belle seen here guarding the Engine! Great job by all!
Over the last few weeks, our men and women of the Palm Beach Shores Fire Department have been working hard in an SCBA bootcamp. They have been doing a variety of drills learning their limitations and limitations of the airpacks in emergency situations. A special thanks to National Rescue Consultants for their help in providing them with this essential training!
This morning, Firefighter Hahn represented the Palm Beach Shores Fire Dept in the Miami Dade Fight for Air Stair Climb. She climb 38 floors in all her Bunker Gear and with an airpack on! Great job!
Tonight our Chief introduced the department to our new Scott Airpacks! Our members learned about the capabilities and upgrades made to the airpacks. We also got fit tested for our new masks. We are very excited to train with them and learn more Survival and Air consumption techniques.
Today, some of our members participated in a RSI (Rapid Sequence Intubation) and EZ-IO lecture held at West Palm Station 5. It was a great presentation by Dr. Keehn with some hands on skills practice using some of the latest technology for Field Intubation. A special thanks to the West Palm Beach Fire Dept and Dr. Keehn for allowing us to participate!
There was a great turn out at our Annual Donation Drive BBQ! Thank you so much to all those who attended and for everyones kind donations.
Yesterday, the Town of Palm Beach Shores hosted the monthly Fire Chiefs Association of Palm Beach County Meeting. Despite some Rain, it was an Honor to have the Leaders of our Great County's Fire Departments.
This weeks drill consisted of our Firefighters practicing their forcible entry skills as well as conducting a quick and efficient primary search through various obstacles. Crews worked hard and learned new ways to remove multiple victims from a burning building. Job well done!
Last nights drill consisted of some more hand on work with Ladders and some outside the box applications thanks to our Fire Chief. Adding more tools to these young Firefighters' tool box! Also a special visit from a long time friend and associate member Charlie, with our Firehouse Dog Belle.
Today's on duty crew playing some catch and teaching neighborhood kids about Football. Community bonding like this is part of what makes us the Best Little Town in Florida!

Tonights Drill consisted of our Firefighters pulling a 24 foot Extension Ladder from our Fire Engine, raising and climbing the ladder to save a simulated Victim. It was great to see all the new Faces and all the hard work from everyone!
Our Volunteer Firefighters hard at work improving their skills. We train every week to become Masters of our Craft and find ways to better serve our Community. We are looking for more dedicated individuals looking to gain hands on experience and join our ranks!!! Inbox the page for more info
In a Community, we all help each other! Today, Firefighter Kutenits and Captain Carrasquilla helped our Public Works Department fill the towns Water Fountain.
