Happy Mother’s Day! We have had a busy and fun week making crafts for so many special women. We hope all the crafts your kiddos have created brought smiles to your face!

Miss Bella completed her clinical externship at our clinic this week! She will graduate with her Master’s degree from FAU in August! All the kids had fun working with Miss Bella. We wish her the best in her next clinical placement!

Miss Jaclyn’s twins are 4 today! Our amazing OT team spoiled them during OT today!

Valentine’s Day at the clinic was so fun for all the kids and therapists too! We were treated to so many yummy Chocolates and flowers from our clients! We all felt the love yesterday! Thank you! Thank you! 🩷🩷

We had so much fun this week!! Our therapy team comes up with the best activities!! The Speech Reindeers and their fun games were a big hit with the children this week!! Merry Christmas! Wishing you and your loved ones a blessed Christmas!!

This week our theme is “Staying Healthy!” We have learned songs about washing hands, read books about germs and made fun projects in OT!! Our therapists are so creative and come up with such fun ways to work on our therapy goals.

More studies are coming out showing the increase in developmental delays since 2020. I was happy to talk with Fox and Friends this morning. If you have concerns about your child’s development, early intervention is key. Talk with your pediatrician to get a referral or feel free to call us or message us with your questions or concerns.

Happy 4th of July! Have a wonderful and safe day celebrating USA!!

Fourth of July celebrations can mean additional sensory challenges for some children! Fireworks are fun to watch but can be a little scary! Parents can help their child to feel less overwhelmed by talking to your child about what to expect and showing photos or videos prior to the firework show. Noise cancelling headphones, a fidget toy, and a favorite cuddly toy may help to comfort your child. Sitting on your lap during the show will help your child to feel calm. Enjoy the firework shows but remember children with sensory sensitivities may need a little extra attention this holiday to ensure they enjoy the celebrations!

Did you know we offer small group enrichment classes? Now accepting students for our three year old class and four year old class. Classes are taught by certified teacher/SLP/OT.
