Next project moving along. installed the fence for garbage can enclosure and adding a walkway to connect driveway to back patio that we built a few years back.
Just in time for Xmas. Another project in the books for 2021.
The boys are getting g it done. We are also installing a 11x16 koi pond along with this hardscape project.
What started as an idea is now becoming a reality. The memorial patio project to honor my father’s death in the line of duty with the Kingston Vol Fire company is underway. A n incredible thank you must go out to EPHenry for donating the brick and block materials. These firefighters give up so much of their personal lives to protect and serve the community, and hopefully this patio will be used and enjoyed for many years. This project is very special to me personally as it represents a memorial for my father.
Someone got a great deal on all the extra brick and block materials we had in our yard when we cleaned up shop. A year later we are at their house installing a patio, cooking area and fire pit with sitting walls with that material. Mix and match colors and textures. It will be a one of a kind patio when we are done with it.
Wrapping another project up. Clean up soil and seed in morning
Day 1 of our next patio build is in the books .
Another one in the Groundmasters history books. On to the next one tomorrow.
Another one in the Groundmasters history books. On to the next one tomorrow.
Our current project is coming together nicely. Will wrap it up in a few days then on to the next one.
This one is a eye catcher for sure. Bordentown job all wrapped up. On to the next one.
Our current job. A nice new front walkway and resurfacing the porch.
Another project we completed last week. Nice size functional patio.
EPHenry is coming to this job job tomorrow for a photo shoot. We built the pool, patio and pond last year. And added the artificial tuff inside the fenced area last week to finally finish this project up. It’s a looker for sure.
Just finished this one up today.
We cut and installed the porcelain counter top on this one.
Wrapped this job up 2 weeks ago. Cool kitchen/ bar area with built in fire feature in bar top along with a sunken hot tub and a lower level fire pit area.
We were able to pitch new patio away from house but the entire yards pitches towards the back of house. So we added some drainage and the past few rain storms put it to the test. As aspected the new drainage system works great on getting the water away. Go Me and my GM team.
Another one in the books. We just need to finish up around the hot tub and have the clients electrician, plumber and granite company finish their part. Nice practical patio with 3 entertaining areas
They don’t all have to be big with walls and Kitchens. 55 and over community size restrictions. Fits this clients needs perfectly. 1.5 day build.
Moving along dodging the rain drops today. Hot tub was suppose to being delivered today, now it’s moved to Saturday because of rain today.
Getting ready for the next one. Replacing old tie wall with lifetime masonry block. Will add a couple of bushes also. Home owner will finish the rest of the garden.
Progress. Gas line inspection today then we can get rolling laying down the pavers .
The block work is almost complete.
Foundation and drainage is one of the most important part of any project. Installed an additional drain under the sunken hot tub pad.
