This is our brilliant, beaming, beautiful student, Prakash.

His father would not allow he and his siblings to eat breakfast until they all practiced their Sun Salutations in Pune India where he grew up.

He has practiced yoga studies his entire life, not only physical but mental, devotional and mantra yoga. We’ve had the extreme pleasure to become friends with he and his wife Asha. Everything they do is "yoga ".

Prakash is more than 80 years old and believes this yoga keeps him young. Mentally, physically, and emotionally. We all want to be like Prakash.
