I am the sweetest, most gentle baby you'll meet. I am still learning manners, but with patience and love I'll get there! I know sit, lay, and bed. I sleep in my foster parents room on my own bed, occasionally going in their bed for cuddles. I may be 57 pounds, but I fit perfect in your lap... right?😁

I get along with my foster siblings for the most part, I'm still learning where I go in the pack. I do have a small prey drive so no cat siblings please.

I love to go on walks and am on my best behavior, I don't even chase the ducks or bark at the other dogs!

When my foster parents leave the house I go in my crate so I dont get tempted by mayhem. I do know how to escape my crate if not properly secure, I can also open doors if its a pull down. I just want to be where you are. I don't have accidents in the home, I make sure to let you know I need to go potty.

I love my foster 2 legged sisters, they are 11 years old and 16 months old! I love all the snacks I get if I watch the floor closely 😉 and the lovings they give me!

Melly

Melly has never met a stranger! She is the happiest dog around. She loves all dogs AND CATS and is just the tiniest little lady. While we aren’t 💯 sure what Melly’s breed is, we are 💯 sure she is a purebred good girl! At just 25 lbs she is the perfect size of love, adventure and sass! She is low energy for the most part with just a few zoomies then she is ready to snuggle or be carried around like a baby. Anything soft to lay on will be claimed by her immediately. This pint sized cutie is a crowd favorite and gets all the attention when out enjoying some patio time with her friends!

Melly is only 8 months old and was turned into our vet clinic to be euthanized by an American bully breeder due to a very treatable skin condition. 🙁 Thank goodness our vet refused, reached out to us and we picked her up immediately! Her skin is all clear now and she is the sweetest girl despite her past.

Melly is good with kids, cats, dogs, in her kennel and is basically fully house broken with only a few accidents of not properly supervised.

So based on where she came from and the fact that they cropped her ears, we are guessing she is part American bully. She is 8 months old, 25 lbs, spayed, microchipped, vaccinated including rabies, on flea/tick/heartworm prevention and has a health certificate from her veterinarian.

Meet the one and only Scout Wayne!🐾
Scout is a male two-year-old pit mix. He weighs 70lbs. Scout was found by a sweet samaritan who changed his life forever. He was found roaming the streets dodging traffic and was sunburnt from being on the streets so long…. He never got to witness his first pup cup, hug, or even a human touch.

He is a sweet soul who is learning how to be a dog every day. He sleeps all day and loves watching sports and eating pizza with his foster dad. He is a big couch potato. He will not say no to Netflix and snacks! He is an AMAZING listener and has made such great progress. He has been in the rescue for 7 months.He is very gentle when giving treats.

Scout is looking for someone who will have patience with him and keep working with him on his training. He is food-motivated and will learn any trick for a treat! He is currently working on leash training and not to pull. That's his only flaw is he pulls on walks!He is house-trained, crate-trained, and potty-trained. He loves being in his crate and doesn't mind being in it. You won't hear a peep from him. All he asks is for you to play a good show.

Special requirements for Scout- he needs a fenced-in backyard or walka daily. But not long walks he is a big boy! Lol

Scout loves car rides! He enjoys looking out the window and making stops at Starbucks for pup cups!

Scout has been around small dogs and large dogs and has been great with them!
He does fine with cats, he is more interested in how big your couch is to sleep on than playing with the cats. Scout would do best in a home with older kids.

Scout currently is staying with a foster in a townhome, he isn’t a hyperactive dog that needs a big backyard just a little area to go to the bathroom and sunbathe. He is living with a 13-year-old female dog and does great with her.

It’s all play, play, play for this cutie! Meet Millie- she’s a 16 week old lab mix and is always looking to have a good time. She is a friend to everyone she meets and adores being around kids of all ages. She loves playing with the other dogs in the home and is also good with the cats that live there too. Millie is making great progress with potty training, is crate trained and is pretty good with walking on a leash. She’s still a puppy, so she has typical puppy behaviors, but she is very smart and learns quickly. She is very familiar with the phrases, “Leave it” and “Drop it” and is learning that shoes, although so fun to carry around, are not toys. Millie is a people pleaser and always wants to snuggle after a good game of tug o’war. She will be best in a home with other dogs and kids.

Is great with other dogs, and has a huge zest for life. He is always up for playing rough and running around.

Tater has an incredible love for all dogs. (He has not yet been cat tested) As a young pup, Tater is still learning. We are currently working on leash training and the ropes of potty training. With a little guidance and positive reinforcement from you, Tater is sure to become a pro in no time.

Are you looking for your new best friend, a cuddle partner and a shadow? Well look no further, meet Daphne. She is the sweetest pup around. She hasn’t met a stranger and everyone that meets her in love with her, but how could you not?

Daphne dog and cat friendly and LOVES children of all ages. She is potty trained, does great in a kennel even though her foster mom lets her sleep in bed. Daphne loves being outside sun bathing or cuddled up on the couch watching tv. She will entertain herself with her favorite Yak cheese bones and chew toys when needed. She loves car rides and has been on many long car adventures with her foster mom and foster fur siblings. She really enjoys a good bath too. This girl is the total package!

Daphne is a special girl, you see, she is vegan. She loves her special food and treats but needs to maintain this for life per her dermatologist. This doesn’t slow her down one bit and her food and treats don’t cost much more than regular dog supplies.

Daphne is a 2 year old pit/bully mix. She is 52 lbs. She is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, on flea/tick/heartworm prevention and has been dewormed. She will receive a health certificate from the veterinarian before she travels.

Have you dreamed of having your own pocket-sized companion to play fetch with? If so then Koa is your gal, her FAVORITE activity is playing fetch with a tennis ball. Koa is a sweet and fun as her nickname “Coco” suggests. When not playing fetch she loves to wrestle and play with her foster sisters or pull out EVERY toy in the bin to try them all out. She loves her toys & bones but doesn’t chew on things that are not in the toy bin. She LOVES kids and is currently in a house with a 9 and 13 year old but has also met the neighbors younger kids and did great. She hasn’t met a cat but based on her temperament she likely wouldn’t be bothered to have one in the house.

Koa is good on a leash, house-trained and crate trained. At night she begs to climb up in her human foster brother’s lap to snuggle for a few hours and then goes to sleep in her crate until 7am without complaint. Her foster mom works from home but does keep her in her kennel when she is on calls and she does great. Koa is great in the car and has good recall. She doesn’t venture far from her foster humans, likely because she is afraid of being abandoned again.

Koa was abandoned in a local neighborhood and ran right to her foster begging for someone to take care of her and take her off the streets. She was severely emaciated but with a few weeks of TLC and good food she looks like a new dog! Koa currently weighs 30 lbs - as she continues to get good nutrition her ideal weight is closer to 35 lbs. She has not shown any food aggression towards the other three dogs in the house and shares her toys without issue; however, she is a very eager treat eater and is working on being gentler when receiving them by hand.

The vet thinks she is close to a year old. She is spayed & HW negative. She will come with a rabies certificate, microchip, and three puppy vaccines. She will also come with a health certificate before traveling. All of our puppies are dewormed multiple times and are given Simparica Trio for flea/tick and heartworm prevention.

She is still a puppy and needs patience as she loves to play and needs an outlet to exercise. If her foster family didn’t already have 3 dogs they would keep her- she really is a doll!

💙 Meet Asher, an energetic labrador retriever mix weighing in at 70 pounds. He is 2.5 years young and full of character. He is an enthusiastic greeter, wagging his tail and wiggling with excitement when he sees you.

With his big, beautiful brown eyes, shiny black coat and gentle demeanor, you would be surprised to know Asher was found roaming the streets of Baytown with his female counterpart since December 27th. He was cold, hungry, and afraid, but has proven to be an excellent roommate and shows his appreciation every day. As of January 2, 2024, Asher and his buddy, Rosie, have been living with their foster family in a 1-story home.

Due to Asher being young and rambunctious, he is looking for someone who will be patient with him and continue his training. He is people and kid-friendly, however he would do best in a home with older kids. He is food-motivated and learns commands quickly. He is a great listener and can be corrected easily.

Asher can be hesitant to try new things and is a scaredy cat sometimes. He is unsure of the vacuum and the electric trash can, but with reassurance is fine. He is currently working on building confidence outside the home and on a leash. He knows how to use a doggy door and enjoys sleeping/resting in a crate. Asher rides well in a car but may require some encouragement or assistance getting into and out of a vehicle.

Asher would thrive in a home that provides daily exercise and plenty of attention because of his playful nature and desire for companionship. He enjoys walking, fetching, and laying in the grass. 🐾

Asher has been introduced to his foster mom’s two dogs via leash, Marley (female) and Tank (male), and did great. He shows no signs of aggression. However, Asher is an anxious eater and will finish his food quickly. Something to keep in mind if you have other pets. Asher also showed little to no interest when introduced to cats.

Meet Aspen! This 18 month old lab/husky mix is super sweet, curious, and cuddly. He was dumped and found snooping around his foster mom’s home before Thanksgiving. He went right up to the kids and made himself at home very quickly. He has adjusted beautifully with his foster family’s dog and 2 cats. He LOVES cuddling and can’t get enough attention from his people. He likes to play & has lots of chew toys and stuffies for his entertainment. He will chew on a bone for hours! He loves to be right by you when cooking in hopes a treat will fall to the floor for him to sn**ch up.

Aspen is kennel and potty trained. He really is the biggest love bug and anyone would be lucky to have this sweet boy! Just look at that handsome face! His blue eyes are asking “will

💗 Meet Rosie, an affectionate labrador retriever weighing in at 72 pounds. She is 2.5 years young with a quirky personality. From her catawampus sitting position to literally falling into your lap or arms, it is extremely difficult to escape her charm and deny her what she adores most, belly rubs.

Rosie was discovered walking the streets of Baytown with her male counterpart, Asher, on January 2, 2024. She was cold, hungry and full of fleas when her foster mom rescued her. However, she has since been vetted and bathed and is ready for snuggles.

Rosie is calm and easy going, but she can be easily motivated with food or toys. Rosie enjoys playing fetch and going for walks; however, she can be a little lazy. Since she isn’t overly energetic, a more relaxed environment, or one that isn’t super active, would probably fit her best. She is a confident girl and typically does not shy away when exposed to new things.

Rosie appreciates human companionship and will follow you around like a shadow. She is still young and needs someone with patience who will continue her training. She is people and kid-friendly, however she may knock over smaller children. Rosie is an excellent car rider and walks easily on a leash. However, due to her size, she may require some assistance getting into and out of a vehicle. She also knows how to use a doggy door and enjoys sleeping/resting in a crate. 🐾

Ready to meet the world’s cheekiest little pup? Introducing Lilibet! She has personality for days and makes friends wherever she goes!

Lilibet was found with her siblings in terrible conditions, some didn’t make it but with medicine and care she bounced back and is a super healthy little pup! She loves to work on projects and is super curious about everything. She’s the first to find new toys or invent new games!

This beautiful girl is Udder Butter. Her foster dad named her, but her foster mom calls her Uddy.

Udder Butter is about 2 years old and possibly a boxer/pittie mix. Udder was found dumped on a rural road out in the country. She was picked up by her foster mom. Udder look confused, lost, and just plain broken. Udder’s paws were burned from standing in the middle of the road. Udder is now getting to learn what love is. Now she has a nice, temporary home with 9 other foster dog siblings.

Udder Butter is extremely dog friendly, crate trained, potty trained, and knows commands like sit, paw, and lay down. She is learning her recall and it’s coming along amazingly. She does well on a leash and doesn’t pull at all. Udder Butter will be a little nervous at first but warm up quickly. Once she does, she just wants to be loved, cuddle and give kisses. We are saying no cats for Udder Butter. She does okay with her foster mom’s cat, but she believes it would be best for her not to be tempted. She has been around livestock (cattle and horses) and does pretty good with them. Udder will put herself to bed and sleep through the night in her bed (crate).
