Progesterone test on female cost $60 and testing them two or three times brings to $120-$180. The Ai insemination cost $100 each time I do 3 Ai and that’s Or TCI insemination $200 each time that’s $400. C-section cost $1500 to $4000 especially if its emergency and whelping cost $650 a week for 4 weeks or 8 weeks. De-worming them at 2 weeks and 4 weeks and giving them their first 8 week check and shot cost $150 for each puppy. And their 9 week shot is $95. That alone for one puppy is total of almost $4,000-$6,000
Sometimes a female can have 1 puppy or up to 8 depending on her and the male. There is a lot behind these breedings and people still have the nerve to spend $500-$1,500 for a frenchie. Now yes there is frenchies that are worth that much because there is no quality into the breeding and no structure to it. You do not see a tall and long frenchie in the AKC competition because there are not allowed because of structure. Please do your research and don’t be blind because of the word “French Bulldog”
