Meet the DoughBoyz, Jim and Niko. In case you haven't heard, they will be taking up residence at Sager-Stoneyard. Once they gotten up and running (Sept 7th), you can look forward to having their elevated pub food such as Smoked BB Wings, Truffle Fries, Steak Chimichuri Sammies and some of the best pizzas around. And with 16 taps, there will be the beer you really want with your food.
Sager-Stoneyard is excited to announce that Jim Zobel and DoughBoyz will be joining our partnership as they take over the operation of our kitchen. Already Rochester's go-to place for beer-flavored beer, Sager-Stoneyard ups it's game with DoughBoyz's innovative takes on classic pub food. Starting Sept 11th, Jim and Niko's culinary creations of wings, pizzas, and sandwiches will be available for dine-in or take-out. And some of the Sager-Stoneyard classics like the Giant Pretzel and the Mount Nacho Dome will still be on the menu.

Dear friends,
With mixed emotions, we announce our departure from The Richmond. Our time here has been invaluable in nurturing our brand, and we deeply cherish the connections weโve made with each of you. The open kitchen concept at The Richmond has played a pivotal role in our journey, for which we are immensely grateful.
Now, itโs time for us to embark on our own path, to expand and evolve as Doughboyz. Our departure from The Richmond will be effective at the end of July. Our ultimate goal is to establish ourselves independently, embodying the spirit of Doughboyz.
In the coming months, youโll find us popping up at various familiar locations around town for both short-term and longer residencies. During this period, weโll be experimenting with new menu items and culinary styles, preparing to introduce them at the new Doughboyz. We eagerly await your feedback during this exciting transition.
