The more you know….

Is it okay for cold beer to get warm? The short answer is yes.

The long answer is…it’s complicated. While letting cold beer come to room temperature has no effect on its flavor, ultimately cold beer will stay fresher for longer due to the oxidative effects of higher temperatures on the ingredients within those precious bottles and cans. So keep ‘em out of the sun if possible, and try not to throw ‘em in the hottest part of your car for a daylong road trip. Anything less than that? We’d recommend three things: not worrying about it too much, getting them cold again when possible, and enjoying them to their absolute fullest.

Remember the biggest goal of the next 5 days, folks…
Going to bed with the same number of fingers, eyes, and burns as you woke up with. Be smart, be careful! Explosives and Beer do not mix well!
