❤️Last night we hosted our first singles get together at the bookstore and it was beyond our expectations! We met so many cool people and loved seeing everyone get to know each other and find their connections. The texts have been sent to those who matched- we had a total of 14 matches! If you didn’t hear from us, I promise you are amazing and please don’t stop putting yourself out there. We’re still here to help and will always be a place of community and connection. Thank you to all the wonderful and friendly people who came, we had over 40 participants.❤️

The Bookeater Reading series is back and we’re excited for this one! Join us on Thursday to hear one of our favorites, Kristen Felicetti, read from her brand new novel, Log Off. It’s the early internet come to life and it’s sure to make you feel the warm and fuzzies about how fun it used to be to go online. We hope to see you!
Grooves and Games is celebrating the 6 month anniversary of their monthly game and record night-THIS THURSDAY, 7/18. We are teaming up with to beef up our game selection and offer outdoor options! The backyard is ready to go and the forecast looks gorgeous. Both indoor levels of the bookstore will be available spaces to spread out and play games and listen to _ spin records. The cafe will have ice cream specials and all drinks available for purchase. FREE ENTRY/All ages- come get down and play away from 6:30-9:30!!

The TOTAL solar eclipse is almost here!! Help ready yourself for this once in a lifetime phenomenon by learning more about the history and astrology behind the big event.
🌑On Thursday, April 4th, the bookstore will be staying open from 5-8 to celebrate this momentous astrological moment in time. Host, Teagan West, of .healing.ceremony will be leading an eclipse talk from 6-7. Come out and gather as we share in the magick of this moment, discussing the major themes & ancestral myths of the eclipses. We will talk about the Vedic, western, and mythological interpretations of eclipses through the astrological lens.🌑
✨Shanna Fiorucci, .tarot will also be onsite throughout the night to do personalized tarot readings and offer guidance to help you understand the astrological implications of the eclipse on your own path. Please reach out to her to schedule a reading and learn about her pricing and offerings. Walk-ups available if time permits! ✨
🍃Madam Calloway’s Apothecary, , is a small herbal business by Alexandrea Calloway. Alexandrea is a growing herbalist, who aspires to be a healer of her community. Her aim is to help create a community of individuals who want to live and heal through our divine connection to Earth. Tonight she will be selling herbal teas, blessing/meditation sprays and maybe more! 🍃
We will have beverages and treats for sale in store as well as literature to support more knowledge on the eclipse and the astrology behind it.
