A lot has been going on. First I'd like to mention that we have formed the LLC and The company Success Investors Ventures LLC is formed.

We have a great core of 5 workers that are ready to serve. We are preparing to book jobs within the realestate investor community for October.

My people are dedicated and driven. I'm putting up some pictures of a job that is comming to completion.

We bid the job to be completed within 4 days. Scrape and paint an entire house.

Last night Dave Jr was sent to pick up the spotlights at 8:30. Clock out was at 12:30am.

I'm excited to see the results. Theo has painted after dark before and still puts out great work. Quality and Completion are held in great importance.

We are now funded! Tuesday we meet with the attorney to begin LLC formation.

We are over the 70% mark of funding. Jobs are lining up. Theodore has spent time working with a crew of a well organized managent company and continues to bring his A game.

Curtis St project nearing completion. After pictures coming soon

This apartment at driving park ave was remodeled in 2007. It has been home to some great tenants. Before the 2007 remodel it reminded me of Sanford and son. We removed 20+ bicycle wheels, Lawn mower parts, and a plethora of outdated junk.

I did not do any of the work on this clean up.

My people are ready for turn over clean outs and preparation for new tenants.

Clifford Ave we finished and rented this one in September 2015. We closed the archway between the living room and dining room to make a down stairs bedroom. The two guys clearing the overgrowth have helped me on several projects including painting(interiors, exteriors , basements), extermination, house clean outs and more.

We will be in the NEWS PAPER .Monday or Tuesday of this week, Im applying for a 0 percent Comunity Development group funding loan through Keva. The D and C is featuring Keva and Success Investment Ventures. We will be featured in the Democrat and Chronicle!!!!!🌅

Aug 2015 We had 3 vacancies and plenty of work. All able bodies were enlisted to work. Deon and I were preparing to bug bomb a vacant property two houses away. The roaches claimed possession from the tenants Deon and I were on a mission to claim it back from the roaches. This was a five month rehab and extermination.

We drove around all week without a working altinator. The solar panels and 3 Marine batteries kept us rolling. I ordered in a 120 amp altinator for a power upgrade. Riley demonstrated his lifting abilities prior to install.

Non functioning altinator and we were able to continue on working until the new one. came in

The only place in town that has a 4 inch plunger. They Customized for me a house trap plunger. Rediculousely inexpensive and customized. When THE Job Was Done no one was fighting over This Amazing stick with The Rubber end.

November 2015. New roof using Ondura roofing. This is a full tear off, custom roof expected to last. Unlike shingles if it dis colors It can be painted. With the ventilation from the corrugated panels the attic can be insulated with spray foam. Will be good for printed solar

Completed turn over rehab March 2016: This house has housed 4 families since 2000. I has been a great house. 16 years and only vacant a total of 10 Months. The last tenant left without saying goodby. It was last left an infested wreck and we put it back together. Two of my workers spent 16 hours cleaning up garbage and dead bugs. After the job was done, I let them know if they can do what they just did they could get a job doing anything. While working on this project one of the guys took a full time job for $15 an hour then moved to Virginia.

This is now an out sourced managed property. I'm enjoying the benefits of management. On reoccupation they have yielded higher rents offsetting the monthly management fee.
