A calming calendula mask after dermaplaning sensitive skin🌼

Calendula, sourced from marigolds, is a non-fragrant antioxidant plant extract that has skin-soothing and redness-reducing properties. A great ingredient to those with sensitive skin!

The rough nature of scrubs makes them far too harsh for skin. They can create small tears in the skin and lead to damage with just one use! Go for a liquid or gel exfoliant made specifically to slough off dead skin gently and effectively.

We recommend bha or aha exfoliants!

Did you know even sensitive skin can be dermaplaned? With a light touch and lots of care, this treatment is suitable for all skin types!

A daily skin care routine has four basic steps you can do once in the morning and once before you sleep.
1.) Cleansing
2.)Serum
3.)Moisturizer
4.)Sunscreen (A.M only)

Once you’re comfortable, you can then add extra products such as exfoliants, masks, and spot treatments to boost your skin’s health.

Don’t forget to patch test all your new products on you wrist or inner elbow before using!

Even oily skin needs moisturizer! Use one that is lightweight, gel-based, and non-comedogenic.

Dry skin may benefit from more cream-based moisturizers.

Remember that your skin type can affect how products work. Using the wrong product, even when natural, can cause breakouts, worsen blemishes, or cause redness. It’s best to find out what skin type you have and build your skin care routine around that. You can also take notes on product ingredients with an esthetician to see if specific ingredients are causing unwanted skin reactions.
