As a Support Specialist, your role is to be in regular contact with the consumers to ensure they are receiving the services they deserve. If you have great Customer Service experience, are passionate about providing the opportunity for people with disabilities and seniors the ability to live comfortably in their community and home, then this job may be for you. We are in search of a candidate with exceptional communication skills and great attention to detail that can learn all the ins and outs of the CDPAP program, addressing and answering questions to resolve a variety of diverse needs of the consumers. This role is the front line for our consumers. If you are great with people, a dedicated team member, and an efficient multi-tasker with a level head and a charismatic phone presence, we are wanting to speak to you! Because of the staff at All-American Home Care, my grandmother was able to spend her final years at home, just as she wished. The aides provided amazing companionship, care, and support. I am eternally grateful for their hard work and dedication.

I was very pleased with the services provided by All- American Home Care. My mother suffered from dementia for several years. The care and assistance provided daily by the agency's aides enabled my mother to stay in her home until she died peacefully.
The aides treated my mother with dignity, respect, and compassion. They met more than her physical needs. They engaged her in activities that stimulated her mentally and physically: they read to her, painted her nails, cut and styled her hair, and even danced with her!
The office staff was pleasant, and eager to address my questions or concerns.
My mother, and entire family, benefitted from the experience with All-
American Home care.

Understanding how to provide care at home to a loved one is an overwhelming, confusing and often stressful task. While working thru this process, my family found All-American Home Care. It was after a visit with my family from Marie Rodriguez of All-American that we finally found peace and the right company to partner with for assistance with my father's home care. Marie has a true passion for her job and she has been present for my family EVERY step of the way. Anyone who has been in a similar situation understands that there are many hurdles to overcome when taking on the important step of keeping a loved home.
