Requirements:
· 3+ Years of Office Management or Operations Management experience – Preferred
· 3+ Years of Customer Service experience – Preferred
· Excellent Time Management skills - Required
· Friendly, outgoing attitude – Required

· Knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft systems
· Basic understanding of accounting/bookkeeping
· Knowledge of scheduling platforms like Google Calendars and Microsoft Outlook
· Ability to operate all basic office machines: copiers, printers, computers, faxes, etc.

· Detail oriented
Responsibilities:
· Scheduling
· Filing
· Preforming Account Receivables and Account Payables actions including invoicing, billing, and money receipts
· Organize and maintain office inventory and office space
· Review outgoing work for accuracy
· Communicate with clients and within the office, both written and non-written

IRS is revising the optional standard mileage rates effective July 1, 2022. Beginning July 1, 2022, the rates are 62.5 cents per mile for business use of an automobile and 22.5 cents per mile for medical or moving costs using an automobile. For charity, the mileage rate remains the same at 14 cents per mile.

Candidate must possess good social and organizational skills, works well in a team setting, and be able to work in a fast paced environment. Pay BOE.

ATTENTION: Families who received advance payments of the child tax credit during 2021 but don’t expect to qualify for the credit when they file their 2021 return, may need to make an estimated tax payment by January 18th to avoid possible underpayment penalty.

PSA - in January 2022 the IRS will send Letter 6475 which will report your 3rd Economic Impact Payment & Plus Up Payments. You will also receive Letter 6419 reporting the advance child tax credit payments received during 2021. It’s important to retain these letters for your tax preparation.
