Thankfully my business (A & L Painting) is growing into its busiest state. The problem I am currently facing is trying to do way too much personally and running myself into the ground.

My employees are great people, but life happens and many of them have become reduced in their availability do to various reasons.

Well today was another "special one" in the books. We decided to take on a project for our newest happy customers in Italy NY (Naples).

Although it was quite a haul to get to work...it was well worth it. The customers were incredible and the view was astounding!

We will post some "after photos" in the near future of our work. In the meantime, here are these 😀

It may be gloomy outside, but these white cabinets brighten the whole kitchen up.

We started off our exterior painting season this week with this beautiful spring weather.

Although we complete alot more interior work and kitchen cabinet projects....painting smaller exterior homes is also within our "wheelhouse"

This project was also special to have a surprise visit from my kids and to be a couple of blocks from our home & school ❤️

Looking back through the "history books"....this kitchen cabinet painting project seemed to be quite popular!

We just completed this project for some repeat customers in Fairport.

Initially, we were hired to paint their cabinets in 2020 while they had a home in Greece. They recently built a new home and decided to have us back to paint their new cabinets in Fairport.

Although the cabinets were new and White...it just wasn't the look they wanted. So we changed the kitchen cabinets, some mudroom built-ins and a vanity to Grizzle Grey (satin finish). This color is popular and we LOVE it 👀

It felt special to be hired back again and see some of our past (and awesome) customers.

We just hired a "new guy" and the thrilled to find out he works like a horse!!

One of the best parts about painting your cabinets (vs replacing) is your ability to CUSTOMIZE!

Unlike factory finished cabinets that are limited to certain color/options...you can choose any paint color from any paint manufacturer. You can also choose more than one color.

You can also control the level of shine that you prefer and the sheen comes in 3 options: satin, semi gloss and gloss.

On top of that, you can modify your handles/ hardware and hinges. We can handle all of that for you.

Whether it be kitchen cabinets, vanities, built- in shelving or other cabinets....there is never a job too big for us. And usually never a job too small as well.

The job here features the main cabinetry color of Cityscape...and one of my personal favorite accent colors on the island called Peppercorn. Utilizing a satin finish.

When we complete our cabinet painting projects all of the work is done on site.

This makes for your project to be completed within a 1 to 2 day timeframe (vs . 1 week or 2)

With our entire team present, things will be completed promptly and you can get back to enjoying your home in no time 😃

This project was a great way to start 2024!

Our homeowner's just purchased this amazing lakefront home. The home features a ton of natural wood (which is beautiful) but they wanted to break some of that up with a little brightness. Plus if you look, the wooden cabinets didn't match the other wood directly next to them.

Now the kitchen stands out as its own unique space, while still flowing perfectly with the rest of the home!

If you've ever been curious about how well the painting can cover heavy wood grained doors, or especially dark cabinets, here's a great project to check out.

Sometimes customers worry that they'll still see a very pronounced pattern coming through, but as you can see it blends seamlessly!✨

Even though these cabinets were already on the lighter side, our homeowner wanted a complete refresh, and to go with a crisper, brighter white vs. the previous off-white.

It was also a great opportunity to add some variation with the island color, and paint some cabinetry that was added to the kitchen to tie everything together!
