Sashimi: Fish from the single stroke of the knife. No rice, no sauces, no seaweed etc. Just a couple garnishes. Sashimi is for purists who know their fish inside out. Those who enjoy the natural and pure taste of the fish.

A small dab of wasabi on the piece of sashimi alongside with a quick dab of soy sauce is all that's needed. What's the secret?

Our fish comes in once a week and prepped in the hands of our talented sushi chefs. Their job is to serve fish at its most optimum quality. This is across all departments from our sushi bar to our kitchen food cooked from our talented kitchen staff.

Lo mein, a dish you'll find across almost every Chinese restaurant. How do we stand out?

We start with the best quality noodles. Delivered fresh, never frozen. The next is the choice of protein. Featured, is our lo mein tossed with fresh chicken.

Next is the sauce. Made to order each time. A good sauce will give off notes of sweet & slightly savory.

Bento Box: A Japanese single-portion boxed meal consisting of various food types. Featured is our Shrimp Teriyaki Bento Box.

A garden salad with our house made ginger dressing, a California roll, steamed shumai, white rice & seared shrimp on top of a bed of sauteed zucchini and onions. Drizzled with our house made teriyaki sauce.

That's one box packed full of flavour and yumminess. 🤤

Fried rice, so simple but by cooking in the wok the smoky flavours are captured within. This is called, "wok hei" aka the breath of the wok.

As many of you already know, Dan Gross with WROC TV [Rochester First] stopped by last week and did a story for the restaurant. After stopping by, he requested some pictures to add to his story which we quickly went to work.

"I want to showcase the heart of the restaurant. Something that captures what we offer here which is Chinese and Japanese cuisine. Some dishes from both worlds, ones that people may recognize and ones that will spark their interest. These dishes are just the tip of the iceberg, we have so much more to offer, and I can't wait to share them with the great Chili community."

We've heard nothing but good things about the restaurant and our food. Our Tonkotsu Ramen has been a huge hit and is by far one of the most popular items.

So popular that we invite you to our sister restaurant, JBC Rice Noodles & Ramen located in Henrietta, NY. A short drive from Chili, you'll find our sister restaurant specializes in noodles soups. All the soups are made from scratch, just like our soups here at Asia Nation.

We recommend checking out that restaurant as it has a much more variety when it comes to soup and noodles.

Being open for a tad over 5 months now, we've revised and tweaked our recipes by listening to all the feedback that our customers have shared with us. By doing so, we're constantly improving and getting better, little by little.

We're aware dining in a restaurant which prides itself in our broths, it can be intimidating especially if you haven't tried nor heard the names. Therefore, we've decided to provide a brief description for all the soups we offer. And of course, all our soups are made from scratch just like the majority of our items here.

Tonkotsu: This broth is made with pork bones which are boiled for over 10 hours to extract each and every flavour. This soup bursts with a salty and roasted meaty rich flavor with light notes of garlic.

Original: This is our starship for our restaurant. This broth is made from a chicken stock and is light and delightful. A great starter for ones who are seeking a pure broth made from fresh chicken.

Fish Maw: This is one of our more unique soups. Fish maw is the swim bladder of large fish such as croaker or sturgeon. This is a very valued ingredient in Chinese cuisine. This is considered a delicacy and has a mild taste. It is valued for its health considerations and is perfect for ones who are adventurous but yet don't want something overpowering.

Mala: Originated in the Sichuan province in China. A region known for its spicy cuisine and we're proud to capture that spiciness within this soup. Although spicy, it has great depth of flavor. Utilizing Sichuan peppercorn, this soup causes a citrusy, numbing sensation, coupled with the spicy burn of chili peppers.

Tomato: This soup isn't your average tomato soup. Simmered with Chinese spices, this elevates the soup to a whole new level. Paired perfectly with rice noodles and our fresh sliced monkfish. *Does not include grilled cheese

Golden Spicy: This is our spicy version of our original broth. The golden color comes from different sauces and spices which gives the broth a small kick.

Tom Yum: Originating from central Thailand, we wanted to offer our version. This soup boosts a triple flavor profile. Sweetness, sourness and spiciness. This soup also has hints of lemongrass and makrut lime leaves. A favourite amongst many of the staff here.

Pickled Mustard Greens: This is another unique soup we offer which features sour mustard greens. The mustard greens start off as being peppery, pungent and bitter. After pickling them, they become sour and still retain those flavors. This soup pairs perfectly with our house-made chili oil.

Those are our soups in a nutshell, and we hope by us explain the characteristics of each, it'll be less intimidating and easier to choose a soup that suits you. We offer all sorts of protein such as beef, pork, shrimp & fish. We also have vegetarian options such as corn, tofu puffs, wood ear mushrooms, corn etc. Also, vegan soup options which include our original, tomato and mala being 100% vegan.

Great news, we are official open for our soft opening! We want to thank everyone who've been so supportive and patient with us.

Word quickly got out that we are opening in Chili. Our social media exploded within a couple days as the wonderful Chili community saw our progress.

We wanted to give everyone an update. We're aiming to have our soft-opening late March. As for our menu and what we'll be offering, that is still in the works.

We want to thank everyone for sharing and spreading the word, and we're excited to not only be a part of the great Chili community but creating relationships with the folks as well.
