We’re thrilled for our clients at Brand Bar to expand into the vibrant Historic . is a women’s lifestyle and cocktail bar in Williamsville, NY. Together, we aimed to create a welcoming-yet dynamic atmosphere that intrigues the eye. Natural light floods the space enhancing the warmth provided by the architecture. Brand Bar’s signature color palette provides a sense of calm. The bright white color palette fosters a harmonious connection with the surrounding environment. With drops of soothing pink to emulate feelings of relaxation and contentment. We cannot wait for our community to participate in Brand Bar’s elevated shopping experience!

On site this week with HaleTiP for 3d scanning. These LiDAR scanners use lasers to collect millions of measurements (2 million per second), each with an x, y & z coordinate that allows them to be organized in virtual space as a highly accurate point cloud. The point cloud will be used to create a 3d model in BIM and that digital twin helps improve efficiency, accuracy and collaboration in our design.

A wintery groundbreaking for the Veterans Outreach Center, Inc. Steve Preston peer support drop-in center. The facility will provide much needed after hours support for veterans’ mental health & su***de prevention.

While we use the latest in 3d modeling and rendering, hand drawing and sketching still have an important place in our ideation and workflow.

When the Empire State Development was looking to relocate their Finger Lakes Region headquarters, Laura Fox O’Sullivan and Vinnie Esposito turned to us. They were great to work with, and like with many things they do to drive our regional economy, were focused on impact, value and results. We are happy to have them around the corner from us in their new space and look forward to our interactions on other projects as they invest in placemaking and revitalization.

Exciting press event for our food pantry project today. Sadly both Monroe County and the Rochester metro area have the highest rates of food insecurity in NYS. This food pantry provides healthy food at no cost and allows customers to choose what food they want. Trillium Health has a wholistic approach to address access to healthcare, housing, nutrition and transportation. The project was made possible in part due to ARPA funds and the support from Monroe County Executive Adam J. Bello and County Legislators including Rick Milne & Yversha Roman- Monroe County Legislator, District 26. Support also came from Congressman Joe Morelle and Senator Kirsten Gillibrand & Senator Chuck Schumer

A recent renovation of the historic Bonesteele Cobblestone Schoolhouse in Victor, NY into a new location for A&E gifts. The high ceilings and intimate spaces are perfect for this boutique with strong roots in the community.

Adaptive reuse is a form of sustainable development that capitalizes on embodied energy and extends a building’s life. While the farm fields were sold long ago and developed into what is now Eastview Mall, several cobble structures from the Bonesteele estate remain.

In the late 1800s, farmer Philip Bonesteel noted, "I think I have as good a house as can be made of the same materials. There is not a crack in the walls that you can stick a pin in as yet. The stone I do not consider any expense as it frees the land of them ... It makes the strongest of walls and I think the neatest and cheapest building that can be made."

It still stands strong today and we welcome Aimee, Chris and their team to their new space.
