Cook Properties believes that happy residents make happy communities. That's why we're kicking off our summer by improving the stone roadways in 12 of our New York properties!
As you can see at our Poag's Hole community in Dansville NY, those improvements can really make a huge difference.
This process takes power raking to the next level by using a combination of tines and a leveling blade to breakup soil, remove debris and create a smooth surface as we pair the Harley power rake with more stone and a roller, giving us the amazing "after" results in the picture.
