Tour de Cure provides a unique opportunity for individuals to combine their love for cycling with a greater purpose.
Riders raise awareness about diabetes and contribute to the fight against this chronic disease.
As we wrap up the 2024 Tour de Cure: Finger Lakes Region we want to take the time to thank all of our supporters. We appreciate your commitment to the ADA and our mission.

Diabetes doesn't pause for bad weather, and neither does Tour de Cure! Rain is currently in the forecast, so please check the weather in the morning, dress appropriately, and pack accordingly to ensure your comfort and safety. We look forward to seeing everyone on Saturday!

When: Friday, June 7th from 11:00a to 6:00p

Answers to Frequently Asked Questions:
1. You must have raised the fundraising minimum of $250 to pick up your bib. Payments can be made on-site.
2. You may pick up bibs for other participants.
3. You can change your route choice when you pick up your bib. You may also do this the morning of the ride.
4. If you can't make it to early packet pick-up, you may pick up your bib the morning of the ride. Please leave yourself enough time to get to Canandaigua and check in before your scheduled route.
5. Free turn-by-turn navigation is available through Ride with GPS - Ride with GPS Link
*Champions will be able to pick up their bibs at the Champions Reception on Thursday, June 6th (see Pre-Tour Events tab for more details).

Join the American Diabetes Association at the 2020 Rochester Tour de Cure, presented by Excellus BCBS. No matter how you enjoy Tour de Cure, you are in for a memorable event for a great cause!
Participants start and end on the Xerox Complex in Webster and travel through gorgeous scenery along Lake Ontario. The event features six well-marked cycling routes with safety marshals and safety vehicles, and fully stocked rest stops to fuel your journey! The 5K run/walk is also a great way to get out and have fun. At the finish line, all participants will be treated to a food truck rodeo lunch and a fantastic celebration party highlighting our local flavor.
