A simple yet powerful idea, choosing a word that will help shape the upcoming year.

For 2023 my word was ELEVATE . I LOVED my old space but I needed some upgrades and things needed tweaking . So I elevated my location, services, incorporated more self-care and elevated my mindset.

For 2024 My word is LEAP.

Beyond the obvious( '24 is a leap year) I wanted a word that was going to serve as my theme for the year. For the past year, I’ve been praying for a leap in my business , confidence and self- growth.

This year I hope to grow my following, work with more boss babes, create the best spa experience & manifest new collaborations, opportunities and adventures.

Massage Therapy Cupping Sessions, a technique that combines the benefits of massage with the ancient art of cupping.

Cupping therapy involves placing cups on the skin to create suction, which helps increase blood flow, promote relaxation, and alleviate muscle tension.

Tiny blood vessels called capillaries burst open and the body responds as if to an injury by sending in more nutrient-rich blood for repair. In short, cupping works by prompting the body’s own natural healing mechanisms to kick in.

We use this technique in conjunction with massage to target specific areas of discomfort

During a session, your therapist will apply the cups, wait several minutes, then remove them. After your session, it’s important to drink plenty of water and rest as your body works to flush out the toxins released.

You may notice red or bruised-looking marks where the cups were – this is normal, and in fact a sign that it’s working. Expect them to fade in a few days
