For over 16 years, she dedicated herself to serving the RIT community in various roles within the Parking Office, where she found joy in connecting with people as a Parking Customer Service Manager and Systems Administrator.

After her remarkable tenure at RIT, Casandra retired in 2021 to embark on new adventures and prioritize time with her loved ones. Now, she brings her wealth of experience, warmth, and creativity to our team.

When she's not busy assisting with administrative tasks, you can find Casandra indulging in her passions for singing, writing, and unleashing her creativity.
