HP and HP Enterprise – we have been selling and supporting HP and Compaq for decades www.hp.com and www.hpe.com – we support but do not resell other manufacturers

Cloud services:

Office365 and Azure – both Microsoft services www.office365.com and www.azure.com – We are a Microsoft CSP (Cloud Service Provider) and a Microsoft Cloud SMB Silver partner. CSP services provided through our distributors Tech Data (US) and Sherweb (Rest of world). We not only provide licensing but collaboration training, sharepoint support, one drive support and other capabilities.

Server OS/Workstation OS:

We can officially support Microsoft operating systems, but can provide assistance with interfacing with any number of other OS’s including Macs and Linux. www.microsoft.com. This includes most of Microsoft’s applications services servers including SQL, Exchange, HyperV and other platforms.

Endpoint protection:

We use Webroot for endpoint protection www.webroot.com - a cloud based advanced security solution

Human Firewall:

If you have compliance requirements or simply want to be sure your end users are properly trained and you can monitor and measure their knowledge KnowBe4 – a Kevin Mitnick Company (www.knowbe4.com) - is our compliance and training partner.

VOIP:

Voice over IP telephony services that do not require an onsite PBX or incoming copper lines other than an internet connection is provided through our partner RingCentral (www.ringcentral.com)

Backup services:

OS-Cubed provides their own Backup Service, as well as configures services with a “roll your own” backup solution using cloudberry (www.cloudberrylabs.com) and Microsoft Azure (www.azure.com)

3rd Party Applications support

Our extensive experience with industry standard and custom vertical market software allows us to support a wide variety of onsite software. If you have questions about specific software let us know. We specialize in software development using DNN www.dnnsoftware.com

Software development and web hosting

As you know we provide hosting and web development services using the above technologies, and our own hosting facility here in Rochester, as well as through hosting providers such as 1 and 1, Rackspace, Azure, and other cloud providers. Our in-house team can provide both website and applications development and integration.
