We are so beyond grateful to Downtown Rochester for creating this award in memory of our dear Bill Lipuma! We know he would be overjoyed to have an award in memory of him ❤️ we miss him dearly and this is an amazing way to carry on his legacy! Thank you to the City of Rochester!
We're so excited to share our new initiative, the Bill Lipuma Community Spirit Award! The award seeks to recognize a member of our downtown that embodies the community pride, spirit and love of Rochester that Bill demonstrated every single day! Nominees must be downtown property owners, downtown business owners or downtown employees.
The award recipient will have their name engraved on a permanent plaque inside Lipuma’s Coney Island, and receive a Private Coney Party, compliments of Tony Lipuma!
