Thanks to everyone who made the Jazz Fest month at Thesis Beer Project a success! The music from all the bands was fabulous, and we couldn’t have done it without you showing up! Thanks for your generosity to make the festival possible! Last night with the Madison Parish Ensemble was the icing on the cake!

We can’t wait to hear the Madison Parish Ensemble featuring LaSonya Natividad this Wednesday Feb 28th at Thesis Beer Project from 6-8! You’ll be in for some great jazz and some great brews too!

There’s a new spot for live jazz in town. Go check out 1928 Cocktails and Bites for Friday and Saturday night jazz. The Tropical Sounds Project will be there this Saturday night 7-10 p.m.

I’ll be sitting in on a few with Eric Heukeshoven, Hans Heukeshoven, Max Heukeshoven, Janet Heukeshoven, and John C. Paulson. Got some groovy stickers too featuring Devon Hugdahl’s art.

Based on the blizzard potential, we’ve made the tough decision to cancel the final night of the Rochester City Jazz Fest residency at Thesis featuring the Steve Kenny Quartet this Wednesday Feb 22nd. We hope this keeps the musicians who would be traveling and all of you safe. We are currently trying to reschedule if that might be possible, and will keep you up to date.
