Are you growing herbs without herbicides, pesticides, or artificial fertilizers? We want to hear from you!

We’re committed to sourcing our herbs locally for our teas and products. Currently, we use a mix of wholesale orders from an awesome supplier, fresh herbs from and our own garden. But, we want to rely less on the big wholesaler and support local farmers and growers like you!

Here’s what we’re looking for (though this list isn’t exhaustive):
- Nettles
- Chamomile
- Peppermint
- Lavender
- Lemon balm
- Mullein (leaf/flower/root)
- Elecampane
- Mugwort
- Rose
- Calendula
- Tulsi

We had lots of fun playing a cooperative game called Wildcraft with Rockland's Girl Scout Troop! Everyone learned about medicinal plants and helped each along to get huckleberries and bring them back to grandmas house for pie! Along the way you may get scared, sunburned, or hungry, but the plants you and your friends harvest will help along the way.

We had a blast and heard from one Girl Scout it was more fun than Lego night!!😯🥰

We look forward to playing this game with them again!

🎉 Herbs & Sundry has been in business for 1 year! We have learned so much! We've gone through so many ideas and designs that didn't work and a few that we are sticking with that did!

We are grateful for the wonderful community of vendors and everyone we have met and connected with.

Alyson has been a HUGE help and cheerleader for us in Rockland. She puts on the Rockland Open-Air Markets, is super supportive and motivating, and has the best ideas.
Rockland Markets were our first debut in the world markets and I'm so glad we were able to participate and learn so much.

has been instrumental in us being able to get in touch with the community and educate people.

Lindsay has been so encouraging and helpful with finding markets that would be good fits for us. She is also the first store to offer us the opportunity to be on shelves!

Sunday, my mom passed away while I was in route to her. I have never been more devastated in my life. I love her so much. It has been an incredibly humbling and life changing experience already. I expect more to follow in the coming months and years of grieving.

From my mother I received -my sense of style and fun with my appearance -my love of the sky, moon, stars, clouds, planets, and comets -my upbeat, positive outlook on things -and she introduced me to essential oils which sparked my journey into natural wellness and now herbalism -i know there are many more things i will discover, things i already know but haven't recognized yet.

A friend asked me what my favorite thing she taught me was...how to pick shapes out of clouds was my immediate thought.

Lastly, the night before she passed, I watched Rockland High School's play called Our Town. And the ending is so spot on. We really do live blindly without SEEING each other. I plan to no longer do so.
