We will complete the AFSPECWAR Initial Fitness Test (IFT) which consists of pull ups, sit-ups, push-ups, and a 1.5 mile run followed by a quick workout and Q&A session!

Getting ready for the .battlion Award Ceremony. I have my STEM Awards and Certificates of Recognition printed out. Each recipient will also receive one of my Air Force coins for their outstanding efforts or support!

My daughter and I did the 2 Mile. We were blessed with a beautiful view of the Indian River! My daughter was excited for her first “marathon “! As you can tell by my shoes, I didn’t run. She held back and stayed with me for a little while and then took off and still placed 3rd for her age group!

This hit the spot!! Tampa has some of the best restaurants around! I had to get one of my favorite dishes. Definitely brings back them memories of my time stationed in South Korea!

I’m on leave all this week and will be back Monday. I’m enjoying my time in St. Augustine, Florida being a tourist. If you know of any good spots let m know!

🌟 Big Salute to Avery Albanese! 🌟

Today, I’m thrilled to share the journey of Avery Albanese, a young man embarking on an extraordinary path in the Air Force, one that mirrors the legacy of his father. Avery has just shipped out for Basic Military Training, the first step in joining our proud Air Force family.

Following in his father’s footsteps, Avery will soon enter the world of 2A632 Aerospace Ground Equipment at Technical School. His father, a respected Master Sergeant (retired) from our very own 333rd Recruiting Squadron, previously served as the Training and Marketing Flight Chief. It was during my early days in this squadron that I had the honor of working alongside him.

Avery, as you step into this new chapter, remember that you carry not only your dreams but also the legacy of your father. Your commitment to serve in the Air Force is a proud continuation of your family’s dedication to our nation.

Aim High, Avery! We’re incredibly proud and can’t wait to see all that you will achieve.

March is .🥳 Our Performance Nutrition team plays an important role in the pipeline to help trainees maximize their performance and reduce their injury risk.💪 For example, pictured is one of our Dietitian techs (4D) performing hydration testing on trainees during Assessment & Selection, flagging dehydrated candidates and providing rehydration recommendations to help them get through the physical demands of the course.
