Explore new levels of relaxation as we layer Thai Yoga Massage techniques onto deeply calming Restorative Yoga poses. Indulge in this two-hour class that includes fully supported healing yoga postures enhanced with passive stretches, the gentle pressure and movement of Thai Yoga.
Restorative Yoga postures are created to gently open your body in restful postures with the use of supportive props. It allows you to recover and rejuvenate from the daily stresses of life by releasing tense muscles, relieving joint aches, and calming your mind.
Then go deeper into relaxation by releasing even further through the deeply penetrating power of Thai Yoga Massage. During your session you will be pampered and stretched to help you experience even fuller states of peace and tranquility. Thai yoga will help bring balance to your body and release whatever energy blockages you may still be holding
This combination in this 2 hr class, allows for total relaxation bringing equilibrium to the nervous system. By surrendering to stillness, the mind and body will be fully able to receive breath creating true relaxation while opening the practitioner to experience benefits on a physical, mental and energetic level.

E-RYT completed her first 200hr yoga teacher training in January 2012 and has since completed more than 400 hours of training including Kundalini, ta**ra and Jennifer is a Strala Yoga guide. She completed a five month Thai yoga massage training in December 2014 and has continued her training in Vedic Thai yoga massage, Vedic 12 zone belly therapy, has training in reflexology, is a licensed massage therapist in the state of Florida, a CE provider for Yoga Alliance and a CE provider for licensed massage therapist in the state of Florida 50–41964.
Jennifer is an intuitive healer, level 2 Reiki practitioner, medical medium.
Former paramedic(6 yrs), personal trainer(10 yrs), physical therapy assistant(5 yrs).

Breathwork and anything related to somatics has been a passion of Dori’s for the last few years.
Therapy and mindset work often take a top-down approach, focusing on understanding thoughts and emotions, creating new mental frameworks, and cultivating awareness from the mind to the body. All of this is great and I'm a big fan, but sometimes we can't talk our way out of anxiety, hypervigilance, and the fear of expressing ourselves.
Somatics, on the other hand, uses a bottom-up approach, where the focus is on connecting with the body first—through breath, movement, and sensation—to release stored tension and stuck emotions. This allows the body to lead the way in creating deep, lasting transformation, influencing the mind and emotions as the body finds balance and alignment.
Breathwork is a powerful practice that taps into the body's innate wisdom and uses this bottom-up approach. Through conscious breathing, you can:
✨ Release emotional blocks and stored trauma
✨ Regulate your nervous system for greater peace and balance ✨ Open pathways for clarity, creativity, and inner strength
The vibrations of sound, the fluidity of movement, and the rhythm of your breath all come together to create a sacred space for transformation.

High-intensity interval training (HIIT), is a type of exercise in which high-intensity exercises are performed with periods of low-intensity exercise or rest.
This form of training is known for its effectiveness in burning calories, improving cardiovascular health, and boosting metabolic rates. HIIT can be adapted to various fitness levels and preferences, making it accessible to both beginners and seasoned athletes. The workouts typically involve exercises such as bodyweight movements like burpees and jumping jacks, performed in short, intense bursts followed by recovery periods.
HIIT has been shown to enhance muscle tone, increase endurance, and improve insulin sensitivity, which can aid in managing blood sugar levels.
As with any exercise regimen, it's important to listen to your body and gradually increase the intensity of workouts to avoid injury. Heidi will provide guidance ensuring that the exercises are performed with proper form and technique. So whether you're looking to shed some pounds, enhance your athletic performance, or just add some variety to your fitness routine, HIIT might just be the perfect option for you.
