I’ve rewritten this many times now and this time I’m going to let God lead my words.

I have never publicly shared this and some of you may know this, but most of you don’t. Today marks 1 year that I’ve made the choice to stop drinking alcohol. My initial decision was the most scariest and challenging choice I’ve made, but the leading days, weeks, months and now a year have been the most rewarding. I can’t form into words that would go along with all the emotions I feel. I am overwhelmed with gratefulness that God never left me. He was there the whole time.
I contemplated even posting for the sake of judgment or worried about what people think of me, but this isn’t about me. I feel God has asked me to share to reach the ones who feel alone right now. Silently struggling. Ashamed and feel they can’t face it. You are not alone. He is there with you. If this post speaks to only one person, then my vulnerability is worth it. If you need someone to talk to, I’m a good listener. ♥️

I love that my sobriety date will fall around Thanksgiving every year. That’s very special to me and a whole new meaning to thankful! 🤟🏽

P.S. This is the only birthday I will be celebrating from now on 😎

What is your go to brow wax of choice? I love trying out new ones!

I’ve used many different kinds of wax over the years and my favorite one thus far is azulene strip wax. It picks up the shortest hairs and goes on so smooth and easy.

My husband always asks why we do family photos every year and these pics are my why! They grow so fast. They change so much. The love is captured. I can’t tell you how many times I go back and just gaze at our family photos from previous years. It makes the stress of outfits, timing, & bribing the girls (and husband) all worth while. 🤍🤎

I’ve been pretty absent on here and I know there’s no need to apologize so I won’t. ☺️ Do you ever feel like you’re being pulled in all directions? Social media can be overwhelming or more so the feeling of needing to post. I know I’m not alone in this, especially for self employed individuals. Anyone want to be my life assistant? Just follow me around and take notes and read my mind. 16 hours a day and it pays nothing. No one? 🤔 It sounds like I need a vacation and I just came came back from one! Don’t worry, I’m good, promise! 😘

Hi! Remember me??! I wanted to say 2 things:
1. I am working hard to make a safe, clean, comfortable and of course, a beautiful brow room for all babes! Rest assured, I got you! 🤜🏽♥️🤛🏽
2. Look at my brows! I have been in this grow-out journey with you! Just think of the reward when I finally get to do your brows again...fresh canvas.

I miss you all so much! I must admit there has been some positives to come out of this. For me m, it’s been understanding my girls with a deeper knowledge of who they are and spending more quality time with them.
A big one which I’ve really enjoyed is not being in a hurry! Hurry up and get dressed. Hurry up and get in the car. Hurry up we need to get to school or work or wherever! I’ve enjoyed this slowed down life. Anyone else? What are the positives you’ve noticed?

Okay, maybe that was more than 2 things. Can’t wait to talk in real life! 💋

First, I want to thank you for being patient with me as I haven’t kept you apprised with updates about my temporary closure. My focus has been my family in all of this and to be honest, some days we’re in survival mode!
Based on the Govenor’s plan I won’t be reopening until Phase 3. It is unclear when that will be happening. Until further notice, I will be closed all of May with the hope to be able to open on June 1st. When that happens there will be some required changes and your appt may look a little different going forward. Those changes will be posted closer to the reopening date for a clearer picture on the details.
For everyone that had an appt March 20th-May, I won’t be rescheduling anyone until we have a more definitive reopening date.
All your support and love hasn’t gone unnoticed! I am so looking forward to seeing all your faces, smiles, and brows! I miss our time together. Hope to see you all soon 💋🤟🏽

I was trying to avoid posting anything regarding COVID-19 since info is being blasted everywhere we turn, but I felt it was important that my babes knew I will still be working unless I am forced not to! 🙅🏻‍♀️

As always, I will continue to follow state board requirements and taking extra precautions. I will have a disposable drape covering my table that will be replaced after each guest, I am making my own hand sanitizer for you to use in my room, Clorox wipe downs, and our bathrooms will be fully stocked with toilet paper! 🧻 (It’s ok to laugh during difficult times friends!)
And of course, the obvious, PLEASE cancel your appt if you are not feeling well!
