Hi everyone! I’ve been hearing about a smear campaign and I just want to set the record straight. All of this is a distraction from the important issues we should be talking about!

Am I for critical race theory in our schools? No.

Am I a member of the Diversity and Inclusion Council? No. Did I sign any letters circulating on social media? No.

What am I for?
I am FOR greater transparency and more parent voices, which is why I started Parent University and why I’ve proposed public advisory groups for important issues like the budget, academics, and athletics.

I am FOR talking about education again. Our board should be addressing student learning. Our board should be focused on hiring a qualified superintendent.

I am FOR building back trust and working collaboratively with students, parents, teachers, and administration.
