Some of our rice bowls we’ll offer Sunday 11/13 - Indian butter chicken, Peruvian lomo saltado and Chicken Teriyaki. We’ll also have some Korean Bulgogi bowls too. And our desserts from

Louisiana: Our love of a good andouille sausage inspired us to make this rice bowl with red beans, peppers and onions.
Montreal: A fried rice bowl with Montreal smoked meat
Tex-Mex: Marinated chicken breasts, spiced and grilled. Topped with guac, mixed greens, pico and house crema.

With recipes created by our talented team members from Latin America, we came up with three rice dishes honoring their respective culture. The Salvadorian is marinated beef grilled and topped with pico, guac and a spicy mayo. The Peruvian is our take on a lomo saltado: marinated beef, topped with fresh onions and tomatoes. The Mexican bowl is marinated grilled chicken breast , with mixed greens and crema.

Come and help us celebrate Saint's Row's 5th anniversary. We'll be there with our most popular rice dishes: Korean Bulgogi, Indian Butter chicken, Chicken Teriyaki, and our take on a lomo saltado we call the Peruvian. Saturday 25th, 5-9.
We're in our pink trailer we also use for Pop-up Poutine and Pop-up Patisserie.

Come and join us tonight for beer and trivia. We'll be serving from our Rice Around the World pink trailer (our new food concept). Today's selection: Indian butter chicken, Japanese teriyaki chicken, Korean bulgogi, and Jamaican jerk chicken. We'll also have a few pastries from on hand.

Lomo Saltado is a typical rice dish from Peru. Created by our very own Peru native, Sebastian, we use marinated steak which we grill and sautee with onion and tomatoes in a rich sauce.
