Job Responsibilities
• Work directly with install crew, designers, purchasing agents and carriers to determine covered losses based on vendor and carrier policies.
• Seek and follow to resolution any no-charge replacements, and or reimbursements for damages and loss of merchandised purchased by BD. Including logistics dollars.
• Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information on damages, losses, and reimbursements.
• Create and maintain a good relationship with vendors, warehouses, and logistic company.

Skills Required
• Strong communication. Organizational. analytical and conflict resolution skills
• Good working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office platforms.
• Background in furniture or interior design a plus
