Cycy's Happy Child Large Family Daycare

Cycy's Happy Child Large Family Daycare

I’m the owner and main caregiver and I have 11 years of early childhood experience. I’m a mother of 2 myself so I have first-hand training with my own kids.

I’m also CPR and Frist-aid certified, as well as MAT trained (if needed, I can administer medication to all children in my care). ’m the owner and main caregiver and I have 6 years of early childhood experience. Before opening my own daycare, I worked as a teacher assistant for another licensed daycare in Silver Spring, MD.

having kids play outside helps them gain advanced motor skills. It also lowers body mass and leads to better general health, including improved muscle strength, boosted immune system, and an improved mood.

Playing outdoors allows children to develop self-confidence, independence and self-esteem. They also become aware of limits, boundaries and challenge in their play. When children are used to playing outdoors, they are more likely to: try new activities.
