Texas Oiler stud pitcher Payton Perez working hard in the lab on her rotational acceleration tonight. 150% improvement on her acceleration and reached a new high score on bat speed of 58.4 with consistent 57’s all night.

Had a real breakthrough tonight with a new player and one of my 10u kids in the Lab. Zoe Worley is a player that has only been with me 2 sessions but tonight had a real breakthrough in her connection and her elbow path. Landri from my Excel 10u has come twice a week for a couple weeks now and really had a great session tonight. Learned how to fire those hips and left the lab with a new understanding of how to use her lower half. Excited about both these kids progress! If you want to be a beast at the plate shoot me a message and we will get you in!

I want to introduce a kid with a bright future. I just started working with Dylan Buls a couple weeks ago. Dylan plays for the Oilers out of Rockwall/Royse City. Very coachable athlete and works hard, takes the info and puts it into motion immediately. Can’t wait to see where this young lady goes in her softball journey.

Getting better 40 min at a time...
We had some great lessons tonight! A couple kids had breakthroughs. Super proud of Madelein’s work tonight. We worked on firing the hips and keeping those hands quiet and being patient. Not patient in strike counts but patient in letting the ball get to where it’s going. Big time power hitter learning about unleashing her bottom half. Come out and get your mechanics right in the Lab.
