To each of you that emailed, called, text or just thought bout telling me Happy Birthday, Thank You. Coupe of more pops in the knees' and a sore shoulder but I am still just me. Thanks and see yall again next year.

8-5 didn't make it.
Parking on the couch to watch TV didnt make it.
Sleeping in on Saturdays didnt make it.
Calling in when sick didnt make it.
Being content with where we're at didnt make it.
It came from some 15-20 hour days.
It came from beating the sun up.
It came from working on weekends.
It came from sacrificing family time.
It came from wanting a little better tomorrow.
These are a few things to consider before you throw out "damn, must be nice" at someone! We are all products of our competence. And extra efforts are what make the biggest differences at the end of the day!

I’d say it turned out pretty good. Thank you once again Rapier Industries for letting me do the meal prep.. se y’all next year for the Family Day and I look forward to feeding 100 then.

Doing a little overnight cooking for todays gig. This is about 3a.m.. Briskeys were put on about 5 and practically done. Now the chicken, sausage and beans.

The Fall is upon us and it’s time to get back outside for the birthdays and other gatherings. Let Smokin D’z make it easy on you by creating a finger lickin meal.
And don’t forget it will be Thanksgiving and Christmas before long. I don’t wanna have to turn my peeps away as I had to last year but I will be first come first serve.
