This one has been a journey! This one was goal setting for my client... she gave me her goals, it took time! Two years of waiting for just the right moment to sell her home. CLOSING DAY!!!! I am so excited and proud of my friend Stephanie Nicole Smith! Today she closed on her first home!!!! This single mom of two boys, is one of the hardest working moms I know. She worked her way through college to get a masters degree, all while working full time, and caring for two kids. She is literally a ROCK STAR!!!! This has been her dream to be a home owner and today that dream came true!
