1. Read Together📖: Find a simple Bible story, like when Noah had to wait for the rain to stop 🌧️.
2. Ask Questions: “How do you feel when you have to wait?” 🤔

At Soul 2 Sole, we believe that dance is more than just movement—it’s a way to express the love that God has placed in our hearts. The Bible teaches us that love is the most important thing we can share with others, and this love shows up in how we treat our friends, how we work together as a team, and how we dance.

When we come together in our dance classes, we practice patience by waiting our turn and helping others. We show kindness by encouraging each other and celebrating everyone’s progress, no matter how small. Don't end your day if you haven't moved your body in an intentional way. Whether it's a brisk sunset walk, a quick jog around the block, push-ups by your bedside before bedtime, or a couple of sets of jumping jacks, make sure to raise your heart rate for a period of time!
