Whether it’s through moments of awe and wonder, inquiry and questioning, adaptability, or reflection, we have the power to be architects of moments that matter. By embracing these moments intentionally, we can cultivate a learning environment that nurtures lifelong learners equipped to navigate the complexities of an ever-changing world. Teachers should intentionally plan moments, while realizing that student-led moments and unplanned moments are often life-changing!

On Memorial Day, we pay tribute to the courageous men and women who gave their lives in service to our nation. Their bravery and sacrifice will never be forgotten. 🇺🇸

05/27/2024

Dear Rogers Families,

We hope this message finds you safe and well. Due to significant damage caused by the early Sunday morning storms, Rogers Public Schools has requested three emergency days from the Arkansas Department of Education, and we are optimistic that this will be approved.

Following the Memorial Day weekend, classes were scheduled from Tuesday through Thursday (May 28-30), with a teacher workday on Friday, May 31. By not returning to school this week, this will effectively conclude the 2024-2025 school year.

We will send communication on Tuesday to further detail picking up personal items left at the schools and returning Chromebooks.

Our top priority is always the health and safety of our families and staff. We understand that many of you have experienced damage, are without power, and may even be unable to leave your neighborhoods. Please know that our thoughts and prayers are with the entire Rogers community during this challenging time.

Sincerely,

Dr. Jeff Perry, Superintendent
