Tip of the day! If you’re rushing around and need meal prepping to be easy, it doesn’t get quicker than prepping your sauces ahead of time, throw in a bag of riced cauliflower with some veggies and some spices and there you go! Bowls are a great way to simplify a busy work week and nothing tastes better than a homemade ranch no dairy ! Also, did you know they make an ice chest backpack?
