Ingredients:
2 cups Rice
2tbsp Sugar
2tbsp lemon or lime
Salt to taste
2lbs Salmon
250 g Crab sticks
2 tbsp Mayonnaise
1 pack Cream cheese
Toppings:
1 small Avocado

100g Dried Gabi/taro leaves
200g Pork, sliced
10 pcs. large Shrimp
2 tbsp Garlic, minced
1 small pc Ginger,
1 big Onion, chopped
1/4 c Coconut Vinegar
1/2c Sautéed Bagoong
2 tbsp Chili Sauce (optional)
2 pcs Sili Sigang/Jalapeño/ Labuyo
2 tsp Black pepper
Salt
4 cans Coconut cream (400 ml/can)
* In a pot, boil water then add gabi leaves. Remove right away. Rinse, strain and squeeze the leaves until all the liquid comes out.
* Place onion, garlic, pork, ginger, vinegar, bagoong in a pot. Bring to boil over medium-low heat. Simmer for 15 min.
* Add first can of coconut cream then add the dried taro leaves. Let it boil for 10 minutes or until dry. Add second can of coconut cream, stir then same with 3rd and 4th can.
* Add shrimp then the chilies. Season with salt if still needed.
* Let it boil until coconut milk is reduced or almost completely gone.

Ingredients:
200g Fresh basil leaves
20 cloves of Garlic
1 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Salt
2 tbsp Pine nuts
2 1/2c Extra Virgin Olive oil
1/4 c Parmesan cheese
Procedure:
1. Peel garlic
2. Wash basil leaves (without stems) and dry thoroughly
3. Roast pine nuts.
4. Using food processor, chopper or blender: Mix everything until homogenous texture
5. Pour in container. Label
6. Refrigerate (or freeze for longer shelf-life)
