Jonathan is an IT Support Specialist at Wave, bringing valuable experience to the team. Raised in Rolla and a graduate of Rolla High School, he studied computer hardware at the Rolla Technical Institute. Since joining Wave in early 2023, Jonathan has been dedicated to providing excellent customer support, holding certifications in IT Help Desk 2 and Network 1 from Centriq Training.
Beyond IT, Jonathan is a volunteer EMT and has six years of experience as a behavioral health specialist. He enjoys technology, outdoor adventures, and spending time with his wife Mackenzie and their pets. Jonathan is proud to serve the community with Wave and we enjoy having him as part of the team!!

Kyle, is one of our dedicated field technicians at Wave Internet Technologies LLC. He is a proud Dixon native with a trade certification in welding. Since joining the Wave team in early 2024, he has brought his technical expertise and local knowledge to our field operations. Kyle continues to reside in Dixon with his fiancée, Emily, and their dogs. Outside of work, he enjoys honing his welding skills, spending time on the river, being with family and engaging in various agricultural activities.

Calvin is an Support Specialist at Wave Internet, currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Information Science and Technology at Missouri University of Science and Technology. He grew up in Saint Clair, where he graduated from Saint Clair High School in 2020. He then attended East Central College in Union, earning an associate degree in a STEM-related field. Calvin joined Wave Internet in May 2023, bringing his skills and dedication to delivering exceptional customer support. Residing in Rolla, Calvin shares his life with his girlfriend, Brandi, and their cat, Monte. In his free time, he enjoys staying active through exercise, spending quality time with family and friends, and exploring the latest advancements in technology.

Meet Gaven Smith - Support Specialist
Gaven is currently pursuing a bachelors degree in computer science at Missouri University of Science and Technology. He was born and raised in Russellville, where he graduated high school in 2022. After graduating, he moved to Rolla, where he currently lives with his girlfriend, Sage, and their three cats, Koa, Reed, and Cheese. In his free time, Gaven enjoys spending time at home with his girlfriend, hunting and fishing, and challenging himself with complex computer programs.

Jeremiah is passionate about technology and serves as a technical support specialist at Wave. He is working towards a bachelor's degree in computer engineering at Missouri University of Science and Technology, a path inspired by his early interest in technology during his years at Marshfield High School, where he graduated with honors. Jeremiah joined the Wave team August 2024, where he equally enjoys tackling technical problems and assisting others. His long-term ambition is to design innovative computer hardware, a goal that drives his continuous learning and exploration of new technologies. Outside of his professional and academic pursuits, Jeremiah leads an active lifestyle, enjoying time at the gym, camping trips, and volunteering at his church.

UPDATE 8:48 pm - Lumen has informed us they are continually working on their equipment and will send us an update ASAP.
Earlier today, we experienced a disruption with our primary fiber provider, Lumen. In response, we have redirected all traffic through our backup provider, ShoMe Fiber. While ShoMe Fiber generally handles the load effectively, the increased usage with everyone at home is currently impacting performance.
Lumen is actively working on repairing the fiber, and we expect to receive an update by 8:30 PM.
